I’ve just ordered quite a bit of fabric from Matabi and I thought I should share the brilliant low postage costs! I’m so used to paying the $13 shipping charge no matter what I order since it has to be put in the international flat rate envelope, that I got a little giddy when I saw the shipping costs in Matabi. I can order one half yard and only pay $2 shipping! No more buying lots of yardage to justify the shipping. I thought that would be worth sharing for other UK folk out there who order from overseas. It’s mostly Japanese fabric, so I’ve got some Heather Ross, Echino and Nani Iro heading my way.
